- The underside is constructed from high-quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
- Stain-resistant material makes cleaning a breeze using a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
- Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.
This product is customized print so the production time may take extra 5-10 days depends on the item type and design.

Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.
Our policy runs for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
